You do realise that the divisions in Ireland were deliberately created by the English 300 (or so) years ago and that the zionist claim to land is based upon a book and an empire which existed some 2.500 years ago?
As far as comparing the two situations goes, you'd be better off comparing the zionist claim to Mongol claims that they should have ownership over most of Russia and China.

At this point the zionist claim to land is because it's been their land for over fifty years and many Zionists are now native to the land (i.e. born and raised in Canaan). Why is 300 years ago such an important number, but 50 years ago and 2,500 year ago aren't?
What abuse do Catholics experience these days in Northern Ireland? The Irish have a country, a big one in fact. Why do they need Ulster too?
